Over time, Mr. Leutz's practice has evolved into the provision of counseling and business services to companies and entrepreneurs in the industries of new technology, new industries and skilled trades. From those experiences, Mr. Leutz has developed a keen understanding of the special needs of revolutionary entrepreneurs and business owners in today's rapidly changing marketplace.

Mr. Leutz’s services now include general counsel and transaction services, consulting on a wide array of governance and compliance issues, as well as helping business owners develop effective policies, practices and procedures. He also advises clients on how to minimize risk of exposure to consumer claims, noncompliance actions, fraud, information security and reputation harm. Mr. Leutz has extensive domain name experience, including portfolio management, acquisition strategies, disputes, and proceedings in numerous international tribunals. Additionally, Mr. Leutz has worked with payment card processing companies at all levels of the processing chain, from ISOs to processors. Today, Mr. Leutz works to minimize his clients' exposure to risk by guiding them through the development of best practices for their internal, B2B, and consumer-facing activities.
